Joaqun Taboada

Uruguayan player who has competed in three international tournaments with his national team (see statistics).
He is currently playing a leading role in the ACB U22 League. Left-handed shooting guard with a good three-point shot, both off the catch and from a standstill, coming off screens at a 45-degree angle or spotting up in the corner after an off-ball screen. He attacks well in transition with space, using powerful strides, especially his first step to the left, and finishing with his right hand using the euro step. He handles the ball effectively in pick-and-roll situations, most often using them to attack the rim with verticality. Fast in transition and with good leaping ability on defense to contest and alter shots.
