He has a reliable scoring touch. He can shoot with a high set percentage, but also off screens, in stagger actions, and in flex situations. He can create his own shot off the dribble, moving his defender and choosing between a step-back or a two-point pull-up.
When driving to the basket, he knows how to finish over taller defenders using the bank shot or his floater. He plays the fast break well and consistently finds the right spacing for his catch-and-shoot opportunities. After setting a ball screen, he quickly recognizes when the defender goes under and makes them pay. Every time his defender drops back, he punishes it.
