Scout: Streaming Cristian Ruiz Context: Youth Champions basketball League
Natural point guard with good basketball IQ who understands the game and has a strong feel for the position. A good passer who recognizes situations well and does an excellent job finding the big man on the roll. Very competitive and willing to take responsibility in “clutch” moments.
Has a good three-point shot off the dribble and can also knock it down on the move. Needs to improve his physical frame and further refine his defensive stance.
He was selected to the All-Tournament Team after a brilliant performance throughout the tournament, posting strong scoring and assist numbers.
