The tournament held over a weekend has allowed us to observe, take notes, and confirm data. There have been clear standouts in our follow-up.

2013 – Juan Martín Rua, from Unión de Mar del Plata, playing as a small forward and standing 1.84 m tall. This slim-bodied forward attacks the basket from both sides with good verticality. Coordinated and strong in his motor skills, he has shown the ability to convert fouls from the free-throw line and a certain ease in catching and shooting from three-point range.

2011 – Ceferino Cotrofe, the point guard with powerful legs, has stood out for his numbers and performance, although unlike previous seasons, he has struggled to be more precise in his finishes, especially when using his left hand.

2010 – Joaquín Bulchi clearly demonstrates why he has been recruited by Peñarol. With strong ball-handling, creating plays, and attacking the basket, he has delivered an excellent performance at the start of the season. The 15-year-old point guard, standing 1.90 m tall, has shown qualities in outside shooting and passing. Defensively, he is very useful thanks to his long arms and ability to grab rebounds. He needs to improve his defensive consistency and low dribbling.

Also worth highlighting Tomás “Toto” Martínez, a tall small forward with excellent court vision and passing ability. He contributed with defensive rebounds, drawing fouls, and generating opportunities for his teammates.

Jerónimo Pascal (Quilmes) is another player to follow. At 2.00 m, athletic, he must continue developing his individual technique and offensive awareness, especially around the rim.

2009 – Juan Cruz Locatelli led his team with scoring and determination, particularly through strong drives and high free-throw efficiency. A shooting guard with good size and defensive intensity.

Ramiro Ruiz Miri, from Quilmes, stands out as a scoring wing with range, especially from three-point distance, and experience competing at U19 level.
