Four prospects identified and followed by Latin Prospects have been invited and confirmed for the 2026 NBA Basketball Without Borders Camp, which will take place from August 26–29 at the Basketball Gelişim Merkezi in Istanbul, Türkiye.
All four prospects were born in 2009 and represent three different countries across Latin America.
Enzo Roth — Quimsa (Argentina)
Position: Shooting guard | Height: 1.92 m
Stats: 6.8 PPG | 1.7 RPG | 1.7 APG
Roth plays for Quimsa, one of the top basketball programs in Argentina with a well-established track record of player development. As a shooting guard standing at 1.92 m, he brings size and scoring versatility to the backcourt. His selection to Basketball Without Borders is a testament to his growth within one of Latin America’s strongest youth systems.
Facundo Mathieu — Argentina
Position: Point guard | Height: 1.84 m
Stats: 9.7 PPG | 1.7 RPG | 5.5 APG
Mathieu is a playmaking point guard with impressive court vision, averaging 5.5 assists per game — the highest among the four invitees. His ability to run an offense and create for others at this age puts him among the most intriguing floor generals in the 2009 class across the region.
Victor Santos — Paulistano (Brazil)
Position: Wing | Height: 1.92 m
Stats: 8.8 PPG | 4.3 RPG | 1.5 APG
Santos represents Paulistano, one of the most respected clubs in Brazilian basketball. As a wing with solid rebounding numbers at 4.3 per game, he brings a two-way profile that should translate well against international competition. He is part of a growing pipeline of Brazilian talent gaining visibility on the global stage.
Luca Balducci — Mexico
Position: Point guard | Height: 1.82 m
Stats: 10.7 PPG | 0.8 RPG | 1.8 APG
Balducci leads the group in scoring at 10.7 points per game and represents the continued rise of Mexican basketball prospects. As a point guard with a scoring-first mentality, he adds another dimension to Mexico’s expanding presence in international basketball development.
